A 71 year old Ashland County man has pled not guilty in the murder of his son.
RichlandSource.com reports, Stanley Gardner was charged with the murder of his son, 39 year old Jason Gardner, who was found dead in the garage from a gunshot wound at a home on county road 1153 in early Sept.
Investigators say the found a note with a confession. Bond for Stanley Gardner was set at $100,000.
