Mansfield Senior lost for the first time in 2022, after Massillon came to Arlin Field and came away with a 33-0 win. It was the first meeting between the schools since 2005 and was the 53rd overall meeting, which Massillon now leads 44-4-5. It was the 21st time Massillon has shutout the Tygers. Senior high had less than 100 yards of total offense, where Massillon was able to score on the ground, through the air and on special teams.
