A Mansfield company has plans to build an 8,000 square foot industrial facility near Lahm Airport.

According to RichlandSource.com, the company bought just shy of 9 acres of land back in April and would be adding 5 jobs in the next few years. Mansfield City Council next week is scheduled to hear and vote on a 15 year, 50% abatement for property improvements.

Owner Mike Carroll said if approved, he would like to start construction next month and be complete in July of 2023.
