A 61 year old Ashland man was indicted this week on 19 felony sex offense charges, according to RichlandSource.com.
The Ashland County Prosecutor’s office said all of the victims were minors and took place over multiple decades.
David Owens said, he will fight the charges. Owens was sentenced to two years in jail after being convicted of sexual battery in 1991. This is the 2nd time this summer that Owens has been indicted.
