The Mansfield post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a serious injury crash that took place in Richland County and involved two men from Lucas.
The patrol tells WMAN, the early investigation shows the crash happened around 1:45 am (August 14) and alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.
A 23 year old man was taken to OhioHealth in Mansfield with serious injuries, while the 24 year old man sustained potentially life-threatening injuries and was taken to Ohio State in Columbus by life flight.
Seat belts were used in the crash, which remains under investigation.
