Richland County’s 2nd roundabout is just about finished.
Engineer Adam Gove said, things are really close and he expects the traffic pattern to be finished sometime next week at the intersection of Cook Road, Illinois Avenue and Mansfield-Lucas Road. Gove said, new signs and pavement markings need to be finished and should be complete by the middle of next week. Grove added this is larger than the one Straub road.
