The former Rite Aid Property on Park Ave West in Mansfield, recently sold for just under $7 million.
The property was sold by 1009 Park Ave West, LCC to Realty Income Properties 25, for just over $6.8 million dollars. It was one of more than 240 property transfers in Richland County during the month of July, according to RichlandSource.com.
