10,000 pounds of beef will be for sale during the 56th annual Shiloh Fireman’s Ox Roast, which gets underway Friday and continues on Saturday. Last year, 9,500 pounds of beef sold out by early afternoon on Saturday at the fire station on N. Delaware St. RichlandSource.com reports, other food will be available, along with fireworks, live music and the parade Saturday night at 7 pm on State Route 603.
