The Inkcarceration Tattoo and Music festival gets underway on Friday at the historic Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield.
Lee Tasseff, President of Destination Mansfield Richland County, said, the 3 day festival is projected to bring upwards of $11 million dollars in economic revenue to the area. 25,000 fans per day are expected with a grand total of around 75,000 for the entire weekend, which will be staying in hotels, shopping, eating and much more in the area.
Heavy traffic with delays and some road closures on State Route 13, 545 and US 30 are expected.
