Ashland Sells Land In Pump House District, 150 Apartments To Be Built

In Ashland, City Council this week voted to sell 19 parcels of land in the downtown Pump House District, which is expected to see 150 apartment units built, along with restaurants and shops.

RichlandSource.com reports, the cost is $400,000 and is being purchased by Ashland Urban LLC. Mayor Matt Miller said the developer is from Columbus and work should get underway in less than a year and take no more than 3 years to complete.
