Ashland County School District Talks Damage From Storm, Over $100,000

A School district in Ashland County met this week to discuss damage from the storms two weeks ago, which knocked out power to thousands in North Central Ohio.

RichlandSource.com reports, Mapleton School officials say, the damage came on June 13th and 14th that will need the roof replaced on the middle school gym, which has a price tag of more than $100,000.  The storm left flooding in offices, damage to the stadium bathrooms, along with a broken sewer pump. The district says their insurance rate has already gone up.
