Richland County EMA director Joe Petrycki confirms it was a Tornado that touched down in the southern portion of Richland County, which caused extensive damage. Petrycki says it is some of the worst damage he has seen in the county in the last 25 years. The National Weather Service is currently working on the classification of the Tornado, but drone footage helped Richland County EMA capture pictures, which were sent on to the weather service.
