The Richland County Commissioners have approved a $1 million dollar contract to pave nearly 13 miles of roads in the northern part of the county.
RichlandSource.com reports, the lone bid went to Earthworm Construction out of Iberia, who’s bid was just under 10% of the $952,000 dollar estimate.
The paving will be done on 3 roads: Olivesburg-Fitchville road, Franklin Church and Adario West Road, all according to Richland County Engineer Adam Gove.
