A local business owner has plans for a former park on the north side of Mansfield.
According to RichlandSource.com, Dan Niss, president of Charter Next Generation, has an idea for Hamilton Park on Stocking Ave, which is adjacent to Westbrook Country Club, where Niss also has a controlling interest.
The Richland County Land Bank has agreed to hold the former park and 4 parcels of land nearby for Niss, who will unveil his plan for the property in the coming months.
