A mobile home property in Mansfield has sold for just shy of $6 million dollars.
RichlandSource.com reports, the mobile home park, on Paddock Drive, sold for just over $5.9 million dollars to Wooded Acres Estates, LLC. The transaction and was one of 100 property transfers in Mansfield and more than 300 in the county, according to the Richland County Auditor’s Office.
