The city of Mansfield today ( Tuesday) is set to swear in 5 new fire fighters.
Interim Safety Service Director David Remy will do the honors at a ceremony this afternoon at Station 1 on East Third Street. The Mansfield Fire Department prior to the swearing-in ceremony had 88 people on staff. The new firefighters are Isaiah Adams, Patrick Ryan, Elijah Thomas, Mitchell Perry and Michael Garn.
