Commissioners Name New Richland County Maintenance Superintendent

A Clear Fork graduate has been named the head of the Richland County Maintenance department.

According to RichlandSource.com, the County Commissioners have tabbed Josh Hicks to take over the role for the retiring Chuck Minnich, who is officially stepping down after 37 years. Minnich spent 18 years overseeing the department.

Hicks, an 2002 Clear Fork graduate, worked for 7 years in the maintenance department in the school district before joining the county department in 2020. Hicks got his architectural degree from Columbus State Community College.
