A member of Mansfield City Council is changing his political affiliation to independent.Ā
RichlandSource.com reports, 5thĀ ward council member Aurelio Diaz had been with the Democrat party and said his reason is because he doesnāt want to be defined or constrained by a political party.
Diaz says on some issues he leans to the left and others he leans to the right. Mansfield City Council now has 4 Democrats, 3 Republicans and one independent.Ā
