Ashland To Purchase 4 New Buses, Save 50% On Each, Thanks To State Grant

Four new school buses are on their way to the Ashland City Schools.

According to RichlandSource.com, each bus has a price tag of just under $99,000, but thanks to an Ohio Department of Education grant, the cost to the district will only be $45,000 each.

Ashland hopes to get the new buses by the start of school in the fall - buses normally last 12 – 15 years.
