A project to renovate the sleeping quarters at Mansfield’s Fire Station 1 saw the lowest bid go to a company from Shelby.
According to RichlandSource.com, Finnegan Construction will handle the work to convert the station from a dormitory style to 10 individual bedrooms for the firefighters and paramedics. The cost of $214,000 was approved this week by the Mansfield Board of Control.
