Mansfield, Ohio --Mayor Theaker announces, Glessner Avenue, between Wood Street and Sturges Avenue, will be closed to all traffic for 45 days beginning Monday, March 21, to allow for the Glessner Avenue Streetscape Improvement project. Local traffic will have access to Glessner Avenue between Poplar Street and Wood Street. Detour routes will be posted in both directions during this closure. Emergency vehicles will continue to have access at all times.
