An Ashland firefighter has been indicted on charges of rape, sexual battery and tampering with evidence.
According to RichlandSource.com the alleged charges against the 33 year old are from an incident that took place last July, which the man attempted to cover up. Bail of $25,000 dollars was posted and a trial date is set for June 21st.
