Students on Monday in the Clear Fork Schools were released early due to flooding concerns in the Bellville area.

All students in the district were sent home by 12:45 pm, as some area roadways in Richland County were closed Monday for a portion of time due to high water from the heavy rainfall. The National Weather Service said around 2 inches of rain fell in some areas in North Central Ohio, which caused some issues and roads to be closed.
