A Richland County grand jury has found that officers used justifiable force during an incident last summer that resulted in the death of 38 year old man following a long standoff.

RichlandSource.com reports, Sean Rowe was shot and killed by officers on Peterson Road in August after Sheriff deputies tried to serve him a search warrant on a felony charge. Rowe attacked an officer as they made entry into the home. The investigation handled by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
