Authorities are searching for a teenager, who suspected of involuntary manslaughter, after he fled from a traffic stop into the woods in Ashland County. The highway patrol says Joseph Harbaugh fled on foot following a traffic stop on US 42 Tuesday morning.RichlandSource.com reports the investigation led officials to a home in Medina, but he was not at the residence. The driver in the car that was pulled over, a 40 year old man from Wooster, was arrested on an active warrant.
