Sale Of Mansfield Commerce Center Announced

Mansfield Attorney/Developer Bud Vetter, recently announced that he has turned over ownership and control of the Mansfield Commerce Center after 30 years of ownership to Joe Curry, of Newark. Attorney Vetter has been part of the ownership group since the purchase of Mansfield Commerce Center from White Consolidated in 1990.

During Vetter’s tenure, MCC had a very active dinner theatre ballroom operation, ran a contract public warehouse and ran one of the largest record storage facilities in the state of Ohio. Mr. Curry has retained one of Vetter’s companies, Vetter Property Management, LLC, and it’s president, Scott W. Plieninger, to assist with the day to day management of the facility. Mr. Curry has significant plans for many upgrades and numerous additional operations that he will reveal to the public at a later date.

Mr. Curry plans significant additional investment into the facility and looks forward to working with the new Westinghouse Commission that has been established to revitalize the entire industrial site. Mr Curry states that he is excited to have such a signifcant asset in the Mansfield market and looks forward to working with the community and the Vetter Group.
