Work to install new intercoms in the Ashland County Jail still has a targeted completion date of later this month. RichlandSource.com reports, this comes after the project had its 6th order change, but is still expected to cost around $1.4 million dollars.
BCU Electric is handling the work and says all of the parts should be in with a few weeks. Around 100 intercoms and software needs to be installed to finish the project.
