Mansfield City Council members heard complaints from residents for the 2nd time in a month following last week’s snow storm that dropped around a foot on the area.
Councilmen Aurelio Diaz, who represents Mansfield’s 5th ward, said they held a 80 minute emergency streets meeting to start to develop a plan to get streets plowed quicker. A couple ideas were to contract with ODOT to plow Route 30 and use American Rescue Plans for equipment and to increase wages for drivers.
Diaz said they will get another update at their next city council meeting on Feb. 15th.
