An Ashland man has pled guilty to the murder of a Shelby woman.
RichlandSource.com reports, Ryan Stroup plead guilty to 11 counts in the death of 41 year old Tina Goad in January of 2021. The 31 year old Stroup was sentenced to life in prison with a chance for parole after more than 52 years behind bars. Stroup could have faced the death penalty, had he gone through with a trail and been found guilty.
