A water main break has caused the Richland County Courthouse and Administration building to close ( Wednesday, January 26th). Originally, the hope was to open at noon, but unfortunately the repairs could not be made in time. Crews working on the issue are having to deal with extreme cold temperatures around zero with wind chills around 10 or 11 below.
