One member of Mansfield City Council said the city should have been better prepared for the snow storm that dropped between 3 and 6 inches on the area Sunday into Monday.
At-Large Council member Stephanie Zader said “ we knew the storm was coming for several days and it did not take us by surprise. Zader also said she spoke with workers who clear the streets and heard issues from being under staffed and pay being under the going market rate.
Other members of city council said they heard complaints from residents about Mansfield’s efforts to clear the streets, some saying they were disappointed in the city’s response.
