The Richland County Human Society says they are already receiving donations in honor of actress Betty White, who passed away on New years eve - just 18 days before her 100thbirthday.
Betty White was a huge animal advocate and the Richland County Humane Society is asking people to take part in the #BettyWhiteChallenge to give 5 dollars to your local animal shelter on or before her birthday on January 17th. More than $1,000 has already been raised via social media.
