In Ashland County, nearly $4 million dollars in state funding will help 3 communities with water infrastructure projects.
RichlandSource.com reports, the villages of Perrysville and Hayesville, along with Cinnamon Lake are set to receive $3.8 million from the Ohio BUILDS Water grant program.
Hayesville is getting $2 million for a new water treatment plant. which has a price tag of $2.6 million. Perrysville is receiving $800,000 to replace 1,700 feet of sewer lines in the 2nd phase of improvements to its wastewater treatment plant.
