The Richland County Commissioners say more information is needed before an approval can be given, after receiving a $5,000 request from the county treasurer’s office.
RichlandSource.com reports, the reason for the request is to cover unbudgeted employee incentives. The Commissioners before giving an approval would like a further explanation for the money request.
