3 Arrested By Metrich Following Narcotics Investigation In Galion

On December 1, 2021 the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office along with Metrich executed a narcotic search warrant at 5599 State Route 19 Galion Ohio shortly after 3 PM.

The search warrant was executed as a result of a several month long investigation into illegal narcotics being sold out of this residence.

While searching the residence deputies located suspected methamphetamine, psychedelic mushrooms, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of cash.

The following people resided at this residence and were arrested:

Brooke Wilcox age 42, Joshua Mason age 34 and Lacheele Nead age 27. There are other suspect/suspects that will also be facing charges, that have not been arrested at this point.

Deputies recovered estimated weight of 20 grams of methamphetamine.

All three suspects were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center and held for investigation while detectives continue their investigation.

Formal charges will be brought against the three suspects once the Crawford County prosecutor’s office reviews the reports.

The charges the suspects are facing are trafficking in drugs (methamphetamine) possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and permitting drug abuse.
