A woman from Wayne County was killed and two men from Ashland County were injured in a 3 vehicle accident on US 250.
The highway Patrol says that a 22 year old woman from West Salem died. A 44 year old man from Nova was taken to the hospital in Wooster with serious injuries. The 3rd driver, a 22 year old man from Jeromesville suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
The crash closed the roadway Monday night for around 4 hours.
