BUCYRUS / GALION / ONTARIO – November 29, 2021 – Avita Health System announced that it is hosting vaccine clinics for children ages 5-21 in addition to providing the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to existing patients at all of its pediatric offices.
COVID-19 vaccines for children are available at all of Avita’s pediatric offices for existing patients by appointment only. Avita’s pediatricians include Dr. Cheryl Clay, Dr. Howard Eckstein, Dr. Ryan Hohman, Dr. Heather Kremin, Dr. Rob Harriz, and Lindsey Wolf, CNP.
The pediatric vaccine clinics will be held on Nov. 30 and Dec. 2 from 4:00 – 7:00pm at the medical office of Dr. Heather Kremin and Dr. Rob Harriz, located at 270 Portland Way South in Galion. To request an appointment, call 419-462-3862. Children do not need to be patients at Avita to receive the vaccine. Appointments are required.
