The Ashland County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a Mansfield man following a hit and run incident that took place in late October.
The Sheriff’s office said the incident took place on Oct 27th on U.S. 42, when a buggy was struck and injured a 43 year old man and an 8 year old child. The suspect arrested and is in the county jail, following a tip to authorities.
