In Ashland, the law director is checking into a complaint filed against a city councilman.
RichlandSource.com reports, the complaint claims that 3rd Ward City Councilman Dennis Miller lives in another part of town and not as his current address. Miller saying he is looking for a new home in his ward. The Ashland County Board of Elections says they have not received a formal complaint and will not investigate unless they do so.
