Ohio Senator Rob Portman was recently in Mansfield and made a visit to the 179th Airlift Wing. Portman was among the officials that pushed for the Air Force to house its Cyber Mission in Mansfield at the 179th. RichlandSource.com reports, Portman said Mansfield’s 179th Airlift Wing is one of the most highly regarded units in the Air National Guard.
