Richland County has found its new EMA director.
RichlandSource.com reports, the county commissioners have hired Joesph Petrycki, who retired this summer from his role at assistant Mansfield Police Chief.
Petrycki takes over for Rick Evans, who is retiring as Richland County’s Emergency Management Director.
The commissioners also hired Andrew Keller, as the county’s first ever administrator. The 35 year old AU graduate will work in administering American Rescue Plan dollars, along with help seeking additional grant funding.
