The Richland County Commissioners have given the thumbs up to a wage scale study by a company out of Columbus.
RichlandSource.com reports, the study shows Richland County overall is pretty competitive overall in wages, according to County Commissioner Tony Vero.
It would cost the county about $58,000 to bring up some workers to the new pay scale. The study will help the Commissioners and be a part of the planning the 2022 budget.
