In 3 weeks, Mansfield City Council is expected to vote to transfer the OCIE Hill Neighborhood Center to the Richland County Lank Bank.

NECIC executive Director Deanna West-Torrance said they are interested in the future of the property, which has been owned by the city since the 1980’s. According to RichlandSource.com, Council will vote on November 3rd, which could then see a new use for it or be demolished.
