Work to replace a collapsed storm sewer in Mansfield is about 90% complete.
RichlandSource.com reports, the storm sewer from West Third to Touby’s Run that collapsed earlier this should be operational once again in about a month.
The sewer was built in the late 1800’s and Bowman Street, between third and fourth street will be back open in the next 30 days.
