Mansfield Getting Close To $54,000 In Traffic Safety Grants

The city of Mansfield is getting close to $54,000 in traffic safety grants from the state of Ohio.

Council President David Falquette said the reason why Mansfield is getting the money is because they had 3 traffic fatalities last year. They money will be used by the police department for increased traffic enforcement areas, where there have been complaints about speeding or crashes have taken place.
