The Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival gets underway today and runs through Sunday at the historic Ohio State Reformatory.
An estimated 22,000 people will be attending the concert each day with an estimated $10 million dollars in revenue for the Mansfield Richland County area expected, according to Lee Tasseff with Destination Mansfield Richland County. Hotels, restaurants and retail expected to get a boost with all the people in town. Nearly 60 heavy metal bands will be performing. Those attending must be vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19.
