Two longtime Richland County employees are retiring.
Emergency Management Agency Director Rick Evans and County Maintenance Superintendent Chuck Minnich are retiring at the end of this year, according to RichlandSource.com.
Minnich has been the Maintenance Superintendent for the last 18 years, but overall has been with the department for 37 years.
Evans has been with the Richland County EMA office since 2014 and has spent the last 3 years as director.
