Keith Porch is the Chief of Police in the city of Mansfield. Keith spent 5 years as the assistant chief before being promoted to chief 2019. He also spent time working for the Richland County Sheriff after graduating from NCSC. Keith, who is married, was born in Mansfield and is a graduate of Mansfield Senior high school.
