Mansfield Board of Control Approves Extra $56,000 for Main Street Plan

The Mansfield Board of Control this week approved an additional cost of $56,000 for the design and survey work for the Main Street Corridor Improvement Plan.

According to RichlandSource.com, the reason for the extra cost is because the contractor needed to expand the survey to include more intersections.

The cost to Mansfield is about 10%, which is just over 5,000 dollars through federal grant money.
