Concerns about the OCIE Hill Neighborhood building in Mansfield was brought up by NECIC Executive Director, Deanna West-Torrence.
The building, which Mansfield announced last year it planned to close in September, has had windows broken and reports of people sleeping inside of the building. Also a recent report from RichlandSource.com, said a back door was left unlocked.
Mayor Tim Theaker said he is unsure about the future of the site and mentioned the land bank as a possibility.
